Returns and refunds details
I can accept returns from customers however you need to contact me about the return within 14 days you receive the product. This rule does not apply to custom made products and goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons and are unsealed after delivery such as earrings. Also you should ship the item back in perfect condition at your own expense within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
In case of returns you will be refunded the full amount deducting shipping costs. Once I receive the item I will proceed with the refund. All returns not accepted will be mailed back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?
Please note that customers are responsible for any fees, customs, taxes and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their countries and I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you do custom work?
I feel happy to create jewelry especially for you! If you have an idea we can discuss it and I’ll design your dreamy piece of jewelry. I have made rings and pendants using stones and gems provided by the customer. Also changes can be done to some of the listed designs in my shop for example you can choose different finishes (matte or shiny), a part to be hammered or not, another gemstone etc.
